Meeting Schedule
The board meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 4:00 PM at the Farmers Market.
About the Board
13 voting members, with Cooperative Extension serving as ex-officio.
Governed by the Vance County Board of Commissioners.
Quorum of 6 or more members required for voting.
Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend.
3-year terms with one additional term possible. Proxy voting is not permitted.
Members who miss more than 3 meetings per calendar year may be removed.
