Pricing
Standard Rate
Deposit refundable if facility is returned clean and undamaged.
Government Rate
Available for state, federal, and city government use.
Rental Information
Application and full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the event.
Applicant must be at least 21 years of age and provide a state-issued photo ID.
Smoke and drug free facility. No alcohol, firearms, candles, or pyrotechnics permitted.
Renters provide their own equipment (tables, chairs). Cleanup is the renter's responsibility.
Amplified sound must cease by 10 PM and conform to local ordinances.
A signed Facilities Use Agreement is required. Download forms
