Food Trucks at the Market
We welcome food trucks to the Vance County Regional Farmers Market on a rotating basis. A maximum of 2 food trucks are permitted per market day. All trucks must meet NC state and county health and safety requirements before participating.

Join the Rotation
Once approved, you'll be scheduled for market days on our rotating calendar.
Requirements
- ✓Valid NC mobile food vendor permit
- ✓Current health department inspection
- ✓Fire department inspection/certification
- ✓Proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
- ✓Comply with all state and county guidelines
- ✓Must be self-contained (water, power, waste)
- ✓Setup by 7:00 AM, cleanup by 2:00 PM
- ✓$20 annual application fee
Rotation Schedule
To ensure variety for our shoppers, we rotate food trucks on a weekly basis. A maximum of 2 food trucks are permitted per market day.
